Prices Listed In local Currency, Thai Baht valid from Jan 2020 and may be subject to changes without prior notice. All discounts are fixed to the thai baht value. Other discounts such as discounted dive gear rental have no equivalent cash value, if you do not use the rental gear option, this promotion is not applicable to you.
Group Discounts / Dive Buddy Deals :::
If you book under a group discount or dive buddy deal and the number of people booked for said activity do not arrive, we reserve the right to update your pricing plan to accurately match actual participants. This may mean a discount percentage alterations or single person surcharge depending on the special offer.
Booking and Payments :::
To make a booking, either online or in store, we require a deposit. Booking can be made upto 20:00 ( 8:00pm Local Bkk Time) online or in store the day before activities begin ( Subject to Availability we will do out best to service this last minute request to our best availability but advance booking are always advised). Payment is accepted via Paypal secure online payment gateway, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards via this system and also by direct Thai Bank Transfer ( Please note this is intended for local use ) You can also pay in store and with Thai Baht cash or Credit or Debit cards. We also accept international direct bank transfers upon request. Once your deposit has being paid and confirmed your reservation will be completed and you’ll receive an booking form receipt or email receipt of this. If you opted to pay a deposit, you can then pay the remaining balance via Thai Baht cash or credit/debit card once you arrive at our dive center for your trip or course. Please note a 3% card service applies to credit or debit card transactions.
Store Refund Policy / Cancellations :::
Any booking reservations made with us which wish to be cancelled may be rescheduled as a credit for a further date. Alternatively if this is not acceptable and you wish to request a refund* Please confirm with us no less than 72hrs before confirmed activity date as booked. (please make sure that you contact our dive team before 18:00 ( 6:00pm Local Bkk Time) 3 days before start date (*except for PADI Digital Materials which have already being assigned to the user – once assigned no refund can be granted) We cannot accept cancellations for a full refund within 72hrs activity, cancellations less than 72hrs from your chosen activity start date will result in forfeit of deposit. That said, if you cannot make your booking appointment for whatever reason please do notify us a.s.a.p so we can do our best to help you.
Online Refund Policy :::
If You are unable to make your original date, we will hold your deposit and credit you for a future visit. If you make an advanced booking online via paypal. Paypal charges to reverse payment. If you do not wish to hold the credit we may issue the refund less the paypal reverse payment charges.
Exchange Rates :::
We always use the current exchange rate at the time of guests inquiries and bookings. Any quotes in a foreign currency during an initial inquiry are based on the exchange rate at that point. Please note, if paying in a foreign currency the exchange rate may have changed at a later date when the booking is confirmed and payment requested. We use the exchange rate provided by Paypal at the time of transactions to calculate exchange rates or the BKK bank exchange rate on the day in store.
Unforeseen Circumstances :::
In the unlikely event that a dive trip is cancelled due to extreme bad weather, or very rough and dangerous sea conditions, guests are entitled to a full refund, minus any 3rd party credit card charges incurred which are none refundable, Approx 3% when applicable.
Liability :::
Pattaya Scuba Adventures cannot be held responsible, or in any way liable, for property losses, personal losses, accidents, injury, or death for any reason whatsoever, whether through any activities booked through us, or caused to you buy third parties connected, or not connected to us. We will not be liable, for any additional expenses incurred by customers, for any reasons whatsoever. If a complaint is received about a trip, for any reason, We will agree to investigate and may act upon the complaint dependent upon our findings.
All customers will be required to read and sign our booking form and Boat Travel Standard Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, before they start their trip. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from activities at your responsibility. These are for safety and risk management and we will never compromise on our safety standards.
Guests enrolling on PADI courses :::
will be required to sign a Medical Liability Release form by your instructor before your PADI course commences. If you are participating in a PADI Dive Course you may Download The PADI Medical PDF version here and check you can answer ‘NO’ to all the questions before you begin the course. If you can answer ‘YES’ to any of these medical questions then you MUST take this form filled out to a doctor either at home or here in Thailand and ask the doctor to check if you are medically fit to scuba dive. They will sign and stamp the PADI medical form for you to present on your course orientation.
Insurance :::
We recommend that if you intend to go scuba diving, you make sure you have a travel insurance policy that covers scuba diving activity. This may be included within your standard travel insurance policy, however if it is not please let us know you are not covered. We are a registered TAT ( Tourism Authority Of Thailand ) Company with Insurance but this does not negate the need for proper Travel or scuba diving Insurance.
Medical Issues :::
Please see your Doctor if you are concerned about any medical conditions, or need information regarding vaccinations before coming to Thailand. You will be required to sign a Medical Liability Release Form by your instructor before your PADI course commences. You can download the PADI Medical Liability Release Form in PDF format here
