This PADI Specialty Sidemount diver course is for Advanced divers who want to learn to dive another configuration, expand their diving knowledge and adopt new dive techniques and benefit from increased safety and increased air supply using 2 tanks attached in side mount configuration.

This sidemount course is perfect for divers who are interesting in expanding their diving. Whether you may do twin tank open water diving, wreck diving, technical diving or even cave diving Sidemount is perfect for it all! Broaden your horizons and experience scuba diving outside of the traditional single SCUBA unit method.

What’s involved In this deep diver course?

Embark on the PADI Sidemount Diver course with a 3-day training experience.

Begin by completing PADI eLearning, where you’ll complete knowledge reviews and learn about the setup of your sidemount rig. This crucial preparation ensures you’re ready to gear up and explore sidemount diving during the course on the dive boat. Through 4 ocean sidemount dives, acquire essential skills and techniques.

Once certified, enjoy the freedom to partake in other dive courses with two tanks, doubling your air supply for future adventures, such as deep dives or wreck explorations with the added thrill of two Nitrox tanks!

  • Must Hold Advanced Level License
  • Must be healthy and fit to dive
  • Not afraid to have fun
  • A Dive Computer is required
  • Cargo Pocket Dive Shorts Recommended

Important Information Please Read

  • Are you fit to dive? Please take a look at this PADI MEDICAL FORM and check you can answer ‘NO’ to all the medical questions.  If you say ‘YES’ to any of these, it may mean you have to see a doctor to sign you off fit to dive before diving.  If you read it and answer ‘No’ to all, then you are good to start scuba diving.
  • Flying After Scuba Diving: For safety you must plan to leave a minimum of 18 hrs after scuba diving before going to altitude.
