Who should take The PADI Rescue Diver Course?

This dive course is open for Advanced divers divers, this 3rd core level dive course in PADI Road to Master Diver helps divers to perfect safe dive practices and look outwards towards helping other divers more confidence. This is the first step towards leadership-level diving and professional dive practices.

  • Two Core Rescue Evaluations

This Rescue Diver course training time is variable depending on your learning method and requirements usually scheduled over 2 or 3 days

A valid EFR CPR and First Aid/Secondary Care certification is required. If you lack an eligible EFR certification, kindly opt for the EFR Bolt-On option.

Requirements:

  • The minimum age to begin the Rescue Diver Course is 12 years old.
  • You must be least Adventure Diver with the Navigation Adventure Dive.
  • You must have a current recognised EFR CPR and First Aid /secondary care course certification.

Important Information Please Read

  • Are you fit to dive? Please take a look at this PADI MEDICAL FORM and check you can answer ‘NO’ to all the medical questions.  If you say ‘YES’ to any of these, it may mean you have to see a doctor to sign you off fit to dive before diving.  If you read it and answer ‘No’ to all, then you are good to start scuba diving.
  • Flying After Scuba Diving: For safety you must plan to leave a minimum of 18 hrs after scuba diving before going to altitude.
